Job Responsibilities：：：
1. Responsible for the research and development of thermal conductive materials or conductive silicone rubber materials and write related reports;
2. Responsiblefor the optimization of existing products and production process, and improve product stability and production efficiency;
3.Collect and sort out industry-related literature, and make regular internal communication for technical accumulation.
Job Requirements：：：
1. Master degree required, preferably major in polymer material, chemical engineering, thermal research and development experience;
2. Familiar with the basic operation of material chemical industry related experiments and use/maintenance of common equipments;
3. Good command of communication; effective in teamwork.
